It is the poor who will be worst affected by SL’s economic collapse –IMF

The Managing Director of the IMF said, no matter who says what about the wrongs and what is happening in SL, right now , if SL ‘s economy collapses , it is the poor who will suffer most as they are the most vulnerable in SL’s economic policies and programs.
He was answering a question raised regarding his opinion on the human rights situation. and whether IMF will release funds irrespective of human rights violations.
